The Spartacus Gay Cruise 2027 takes you along the fascinating boundary between two continents. From the Mediterranean elegance of Palma, through the cultural vibrancy of Barcelona and Valencia, to the Andalusian zest for life in Málaga, the cruise spans the breadth of European history. In Tangier, the gateway to North Africa finally opens – a place where trade routes, religions and traditions have converged for centuries. Moorish heritage and modern metropolises merge to create a striking panorama of cultural diversity. At the same time, ‘Between the Continents’ takes in some of the most significant strongholds of the LGBT community in the Mediterranean region. For decades, Barcelona has been regarded as one of Europe’s most open and vibrant cities. Not far away lies Sitges – internationally renowned as one of Europe’s most famous LGBT destinations, whose liberal atmosphere extends far beyond Spain. Thus, this journey connects not only continents, but also progressive lifestyles, tolerance and lived diversity along the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

From 15 to 22 October 2027, it’s time once again to set sail on the hottest gay cruise in the Mediterranean! A week full of sun, partying, culture and plenty of queer joie de vivre awaits you. We’ll be setting off from Palma de Mallorca, where we’re planning a welcome reception the evening before – and which is ideal for extending your holiday, as it’s perfectly connected to the rest of Europe and even has direct flights from the US.

Alongside the on-board entertainment programme, this year will once again feature a host of highlights that are sure to thrill you, give you goosebumps and create unforgettable nights.
Look forward to a diverse line-up featuring extraordinary artists: drag icon Tante Gladice is back as hostess – whether relaxing with you by the pool or taking to the stage in the evening with her unmistakable show. The musical programme promises just as much variety: with Nelson Cerqueira, Stefano May, Niklas Bothe, Maayan Licht, Poppy Downes and Abby OMG, you’ll experience an exciting spectrum ranging from soulful live performances to high-energy show moments.
Of course, our legendary Pool Games are a must. Here, the contestants take on sporting and entertaining challenges to prove themselves in the competition and ultimately secure the title of ‘Mr Spartacus Cruise 2027’.
If you fancy stepping into the spotlight, why not give karaoke a go? Meanwhile, the singles’ dinner offers the perfect opportunity to meet new people. For a quieter moment, the atmospheric piano evenings in the Blue Room are the ideal place to unwind.
And for those who prefer things loud and wild: our themed parties at the spectacular Dome Club will have the night rocking. Behind the decks, DJ James, DJ U-Seven and other acts will provide the perfect soundtrack – from pop and club hits to house and driving techno.

On the VASCO DA GAMA, enjoyment is a top priority: five restaurants and several bars and lounges offer a culinary experience ranging from casual to luxurious. For many, the day begins at the Waterfront Restaurant – with table service and a menu that elegantly combines international classics. Those wishing to embark on a culinary journey should head to Fusion or the Mediterranean: here, European flavours meet Asian inspiration, prepared with precision and served in a relaxed atmosphere – with vegetarian options, of course.
During the day, the Club Bistro buffet restaurant attracts guests with its live cooking stations; whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a meal with a view, dining here is flexible and unpretentious. The Alfresco Grill is the perfect spot for a snack by the pool: burgers, light bites and daily specials satisfy your appetite in the fresh air. All these restaurants are included in the price, with three meals a day.
For a truly special occasion, book a table at The Grill – an intimate steakhouse retreat serving fine cuts and creating lasting memories. The bars provide the perfect transition from dinner into the evening. The Ocean Bar combines colonial chic with the relaxed atmosphere of a conservatory – ideal for aperitifs and conversation. In the Blue Room, nights come alive with live music and signature drinks; night owls will find their home away from home here.
in’s Club is the place to be for classic whiskies, Old Fashioneds and quiet red wine evenings – cosy and sociable. By the pool, the Lido Bar serves up refreshments, whilst Cappuccino’s offers coffee specialities and ice cream – perfect for a deck-side siesta. And when the stars come out, The Dome transforms into a nightclub: first sundowners with panoramic views, then beats, vibes and cocktails until late into the night.
